Every year in April, Three Cutters partners with Aveda + clean water organization charity:water to raise funds for water projects across the globe. We are beyond excited to announce our 2026 donation opportunities + conservation celebrations. Together, we can make a difference.

Save water, stay stylish

We’re challenging you to skip a hair wash! There are so many reasons why we should conserve water— especially considering how dry Colorado’s most recent winter was. Skipping a hair wash not only conserves water (and energy), but also protects your hair by allowing retention of natural oils that condition + nourish your scalp. Plus, styling dry hair likely means less thermal damage! Saving water could be so easy (and stylish) if you just had a good product. That’s why, this Earth Month, we’re giving out a complimentary cosmetic bag with any second-day styling product purchase. We see your commitment to the cause + want to reward your dedication! Candle Care

This candle helps fund clean water access. Aveda’s 2026 edition Earth Month “light the way” candle is made with vegan soy wax + scented like OG Aveda aroma rosemary mint for an invigorating sensory experience. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the $15 candle support clean water initiatives in Ethiopia through charity:water, so you can feel good + smell good too. Clean water access means better sanitation, more time for education, life-changing economic growth, and so much more. With this candle, we can light the way to water for all.

Walking for Wellness

Another way to make a difference this Earth Month is to make a direct donation to charity:water at your next Three Cutters appointment. We’re asking you to make a donation of any amount to sponsor our team in a 3.7 mile Walk for Water on April 26, 2026. Aveda salons will be individually participating in the walk across the globe to raise funds + awareness for the distance women + girls in underdeveloped countries take to collect clean, usable water. All donations directly benefit charity:water, who sends 100% of funds directly into the field. Any donation over $5 will receive a limited edition 3C Earth Month sticker + complimentary botanical or shine treatment. Even though the walk is held on April 26th, we’ll be collecting donations for charity:water all month long. But, the sticker + hair treatment bundles will only be available while supplies last!
