Erica attended Aveda Institute Denver’s esthiology program while working in guest services and completing her apprentice program at 3C. She is the Beacon Award Winner 2018. She is certified in Gua Sha Facial Fusion + Herbal Poultice and Borboleta Lash Extensions. Erica joined the Aveda North America Artistic Team for Spa in 2019 and she enjoys photoshoots, editorial makeup, wedding makeup, traveling and fashion.

Joel started his cosmetology career in 2007 and has been in the Aveda family for years, and taken numerous advanced training courses. His attention to detail helps him refine his color and excel in cutting short styles and perfectly layered cuts on straight or wavy hair. A perfect day for him would be traveling to a new place or enjoying music at home. Joel considers himself a minimalist and is inspired by Tom Ford for his simple, chic style.

Alex began her career in the beauty industry in 2022 after graduating from the cosmetology program at Aveda Institute Denver. She has a passion for haircutting and making people feel confident about their hair. She is a Colorado local and in her free time, loves spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, and spending time in the mountains.

Katrina is originally from California, but moved to Denver from Portland, Oregon in 2019. As a recent graduate from the Aveda Institute here in Denver, Katrina is so excited continue her education with us at 3C. Katrina is starting to specialize in gender affirming haircuts, grey transitions, and dimensional brunette colors. In her free time, Katrina loves hiking, and being outside in general with her partner and their eight year old black lab.
